It is made by introducing technology from United States,which connects with the bottom of ash storage or other material tank. 

 Auto Control system is applied on the unloader system so that workers could control the loading procedure.

 The extension tube is made up of muti sections of metal sleeves, which upgrades the abrasive resistance.

 The discharge head is partly made of polyester, which is more wear-resisting and hard fold.

 Level gage is equipped on the  automatic tanker filling machine bulk discharger  separately, which is more flexible to move and control.

Dry Powder Unloader is mainly used to unload the dry powder materials such as cement into the trucks or ships.

Working Process

When the truck is ready to charge bulk materials like cement, the discharger head automatically reaches down into the truck . Then, Bulk Machine begins to discharge the powder materials into the truck tanker. When the tanker of the truck is filled up, a signal will be released . Afterwards,  Bulk Machine  stops discharging. And the discharger head retracts back to the stand-by position.
